Please read our policies before placing an order

Ordering Process

All orders are placed through WhatsApp only. We don't have an online checkout system. This allows us to:

  • Verify product availability in real-time
  • Confirm fitment for your specific vehicle
  • Provide accurate delivery estimates
  • Answer any questions before you order

Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - Available in major cities
  • Bank Transfer - Required for rural areas and high-value orders
  • JazzCash / EasyPaisa - Mobile wallet payments accepted

Full payment is required before shipping for orders above PKR 50,000 or for locations where COD is not available.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to all cities in Pakistan
  • Standard delivery: 2-5 business days (depending on location)
  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 10,000 (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad)
  • Shipping costs for other areas are calculated based on weight and distance

All orders are securely packed and shipped via trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopards, M&P).

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/seals intact
  • Electrical items cannot be returned once opened
  • Custom/special order items are non-returnable
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and are specified on each product page. General guidelines:

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
  • Damage due to improper installation is not covered
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
  • Professional installation receipt may be required for certain items
